This offering is a hard one to review. First, it's definitely worth the 99 cents. It has tons of useful information about the city and all of it is great for general background. I loved reading it on my Kindle while lounging around on a cruise ship, before we got to the city, but that's about as far as its usefulness goes. It is pretty worthless for navigating around the city and finding things to do, because it lacks both pictures and maps. Pictures are useful to give you an idea of what you would see and maps are useful to get you there. It is also too dense in information to be useful in deciding what to see when you only have a day or two. Perhaps it would help to give a brief summary of the top ten items and then give more detailed descriptions of each item separately. Overall, it was interesting, but not very easy to use, since the only way to navigate through it is by reading from front to back.Product details

Very useful. Short but good.
Great book, very informative. Makes my travel bug flutter.
If you're planning a trip to Stockholm this book could come in handy. It gives a comprehensive list of ten things to see in Stockholm. What is nice is that it also gives a bit of historical background on both the city and each of the sights it lists. It also offers the added information of hours of operation, which I thought was a nice touch. The fact that it's a kindle book makes it handy since you don't have to lug around several travel books.
